Abstract

Among major agricultural crops, none varies as widely as sorghum. Within this species, a number of varieties exist which produce sweet and juicy stalks. The name "sweet sorghum" is used to identify these varietis of sorghum, Sorghum bicolor(L.) Moench. These sweet-stalk varietis are also referred to as "sugar sorghums" or "sorgo"...
