Abstract

The proteins in the seeds of soybean (Glycine max) (TGX1485-1D) were characterized using sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Biochemical characterization of the seed proteins revealed presence of proteins with molecular weights ranging from 7586-50,118 Daltons.
