Abstract

Sorghum hybrids CSH-5 and CSH-1 grown with 0-120 kg N and 0-60 kg P2O5/ha gave 2-yr av. grain yields of 2.41 and 2.04 t/ha, resp., compared with 1.14-1.41 t in 3 cv. Yields with 60 kg N/ha were similar in both hybrids, but with 120 kg N/ha they were significantly higher in CSH-5 than in CSH-1. Increasing P rates increased the yields from 1.48 to 1.83 t/ha
