Abstract
In grain sorghum grown in nutrient sol. containing 17.5, 44, 88 or 220 p.p.m. N, grain CP content increased from 10.3% at the lowest N rate to 14.6% at the highest rate. Solubility fractionation of the protein showed that glutelin was the largest fraction followed by prolamin, while globulin and albumin formed smaller proportions. The proportion of prolamin increased with increasing rate of N
