Abstract
In the wet season of 1968 sorghum cv. CSH-1 and N.J. 156 were grown on a clay soil at plant spacings of 15 or 22.5 cm, and given 25, 50 or 75 kg N/ha and 25 or 50 kg P2O5/ha. Application of N and P both increased plant N and P uptake. Plant spacing had no effect on total N and P uptake
