Abstract

Grain sorghum hybrids recommended for sowing in S. Queensland in the 1979-80 season are listed. The recommended sowing rate is 3.75-5.5 kg seed/ha. Sowing date, yields from trials in 1978-9, flowering time, ht., panicle structure, grain colour, disease resistance and lodging susceptibility are tabulated for each hybrid
