Abstract
About 90% of the sorghum sirup produced in the United States of comes from eight Southeastern State, holding Tennessee ( I ) . Production of the sirup was at its highest in 1920 at about 49.5 million gallons; but since that time, production has decreased to a level that data are no longer published (5.6).
