Abstract

The molecular weights of the fractions of hemicellulose B, isolated from the husk of sorghum grain, have been determined by the sedimentation-equillibrium technique. The molecular weights fall within the range 13 600 (H-I) to 369 000 (H-7). The degree of homogeneity of each of these polysaccharides has been established by gel chromatography...
