Abstract

This joint IBPGR-ICRISAT publication, in the IBPGR internationally accepted format, is a revision of the original and revised descriptor lists for groundnut published in 1981 and 1985, respectively. It contains descriptor definitions, a passport of accession and collection data descriptors, characterization and evaluation descriptors with respect to site, plant morphology, susceptibility to biotic and abiotic stresses, allozyme composition and cytological characters and identified genes, and management descriptors with regard to seed storage, multiplication and regeneration data
