Abstract

In May, 1979, the Thailand Mission of the Agency for International Development (AID) signed an agreement with the Department of Technical and Economic Cooperation (DTEC) of the Royal Thai Government (RTG) which provided financing for a two-year research Project on rural off-farm employment in Thailand. This paper summarizes the work to be undertaken in the Project.
