Abstract

Seeding irrigated grain sorghum in double rows on 40-inch beds with a grain drill resulted in yields equal to those with solid seeding. Grain drills used for seeding irrigated wheat can be used satisfactorily for seeding narrow row grain Sorghum on irrigated land, thus minimizing the equipment needed on irrigated wheat-sorghum farms i n the Texas Panhandle
