Abstract

Application of 0.1% acetic acid or propionic acid to sorghum grain of 15-16% moisture content significantly reduced fungal growth during storage. 0.2% acetic acid was superior to 0.2% propionic acid in reducing fungal growth on grain of >16% moisture content
