Abstract
Applications of 5 ml solutions of 5, 10 and 20 p.p.m. of kinetin-5 and 5-benzyladenine to the variety R16 immediately after anthesis increased ear weight, grain weight per ear, number of grains per ear, 100-grain weight and threshing percentage, concentrations of 20 p.p.m. of the former and 10 p.p.m. of the latter cytokinin giving the best overall increases for the characters measured
