Abstract

Studies made at the Northeast Agricultural Center, Khon Kaen, Thailand, indicate that under laboratory conditions the developmental times of the sorghum shootfly, Atherigona soccata Rond., are 2: days for egg stage; 2, 1-2 snd 6 days for the first, second, and third larval instar respectively; 4-6 hours prepupation and 5-9 days in the pupalstage; 3-34 day, for adultstage, with an average of 9.8 days for the male and 17.2 days for the female...
