Abstract

Result of Fertlizer Trials conducted on Cultivators’ field in Maharashtra showed that agro-climatic factors had a predominant effect on the respose of Kharif-Jower to the application of N, P2O5 and K2O. THE effect of soil depth in the response to N2P2O5 and K2O was different in different zones. It was, however, generally seen that shallow soils showed a poorer response to the application of N and P2O5 in all the Zones except zones V-B....
