Abstract
In 1972, near Panhandle, twelve insecticides were applied in a total of 19 foliar treatments to grain sorghum for control of greenbugs and corn leaf aphids. Greenbugs did not reach damaging numbers as counts were less than 500 per plant at the infestation peak. Satisfactory control was obtained with low dosages of some insecticides. Soon after treatment, however, greenbugs were completely controlled by braconid wasps. Grain yields were not increased in these experiments...
