A new method of inoculating sorghum with conidia of Sclerospora sorghi involved the use of a current of air to scatter conidia over the plants. The reactions of cultivars differing in susceptibility agreed with the reactions of the same cultivars in the field.ADDITIONAL ABSTRACT:In the method (described) for inoculating sorghum with Sclerospora sorghi, air was used to scatter conidia over the plants. Reactions of sorghum cvs. differing in susceptibility agreed with those obtained in the field
