Abstract

In a trial in 1969 with sorghum hybrid CSH-1 given 60 kg P2O5 + 50 kg K2O/ha, increasing the N rate from 0 to 120 kg/ha increased grain yields from 1.77 to 2.91 t/ha by increasing number of grains/panicle from 596 to 1039 and accelerated flowering and maturation
