Abstract

Sorghum grain varieties, 8, grown in the Sudan contained moisture 6.4 to 9.6, ash 1.3 to 2.5, protein 9.4 to 12.5% and, in mg/100 g sample, cystine 70 to 100, aspartic acid 321 to 630, serine 130 to 500, glutamic acid 1080 to 2010, lysine 90 to 200, histidine 70 to 200, tyrosine 90 to 180, proline 380 to 580, phenylalanine 290 to 432, isoleucine 190 to 620, leucine 900 to 2020, threonine 280 to 460 and valine 320 to 510
