Abstract
The dielectric properties of the grain of hard red winter wheat cv. Gage, sorghum cv. NC+ Hybrid T700 and spring oats cv. Neal, and seeds of soyabean cv. Wayne and lucerne cv. Ranger were measured with 7 systems covering the frequency range 250Hz-12GHz. Data are also given for the protein, crude fat and ash content of the grains and seeds
