Abstract

In a field trial in 1968-9, sorghum cv. CSH-1 was given 30 or 60 kg P2O5/ha in 4 forms and their mixtures. Uptake of P and plant P content increased with increase in applied P and with increase in the fertilizer content of water-soluble P; values were highest when P was applied as triple superphosphate
