Abstract
Fertilizer needs of grain sorghum vary with the yield and fertility level of the soil. Nitrogen is deficient in almost all our soils. Some soils have plenty of lime, phosphorus, and potassium. Some are so acid that lime is needed. Some are low in phosphorus and high in potassium. Some are low in potassium and high in phosphorus. Others are deficient in both these elements. Fertility levels are easily determined as outlined below. However, yields we difficult to predict since they vary widely with soil capability, climate, and cultural.....
