Abstract

The relative toxicity of seven insecticides to adults of Cylindrothorax (Lytta) tenuicollis (Pall.) was determined in laboratory tests in Udaipur, India. As judged by LC50's 24 h after exposure for 30 min to films in petri dishes, carbaryl was the most toxic, followed by parathion, endosulfan, malathion, endrin, BHC (the standard) and chlordane
