Abstract
Spray applications to grain sorghum gave satisfactory control of the chinch bug. Equally effective control was obtained 2 and 6 days after aplications. Toxaphene, toxaphene + DDT + methyl parathion and endosulfan + parathion controlled the bugs throughout the test period. Several granular systemic insecticides applied as a sidedress also gave satisfactory control
