Abstract

Gram C 235 possesses vigorous habit of growth, yellowish-brown, medium-sized grains and is fairly early in maturity. Besides high resistance to gram blight, it is tolerant to stem rot disease which too takea heavy toll of the gram crop in certain years in the sub-mountaneous areas.
