Abstract

The fungi were isolated from rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) and pearl millet (Pennisetum typhoides) at different stages of plant development. The former yielded more number of fungi than the latter. Soil pH, moisture and temperature were found affecting the fungal flora of the rhizosphere
