Abstract

In trials during 2 yr with ragi (Eleusine coracana) grown under rain-fed conditions on red soil and given 0-75 kg N and 0-90 kg P2O5/ha, 50 kg N + 60 kg P2O5/ha was the opt. fertilizer rate; it gave grain yields of 2.43 t/ha, compared with 0.93-1.16 t without NP
