Abstract

In trials with 2 ragi [Eleusine coracana] cv., application of 17.5 kg P2O5/ha increased plant ht., number of panicles and functional leaves/plant, panicle length, number of fingers/ear, 1000-grain wt. and grain yield; further increases in P rates gave no additional yield.
