Abstract
From the selfed progeny of primary trisomic interchange heterozygotes of the inbred line I55, the primary trisomics tiny, spindle and pseudonormal were isolated. A study of the chromosome configurations at metaphase, in the F1 hybrids from crosses involving translocation-tester stocks and tiny, spindle or pseudonormal, indicated that the extra chromosomes of the trisomics were homologous with one of the translocated chromosomes in the tester stock. The extra chromosome of tiny is chromosome 1, of spindle is chromosome 5 and of pseudonormal is chromosome 7.
