Abstract

The peroxidase zymogram phenotypes of seven primary trisomics of Pennisetum typhoides [P. americanum] and their disomic sibs were determined. It was found that each of the trisomics can be differentiated from its disomic sib and from other trisomics on the basis of the isozyme band intensities
