Abstract
The values for inflorescence length and weight and number of grains/infloresence were highest in rabi [winter] sorghum cv. PSV-86, 1000-grain weight in M.35-1 and grain yield in hybrid CSH-8R and SPV-86. Highest yields in CSH-8R, SPV-86 and M.35-1 were obtained at 180 000, 135 000 and 90 000 plants/ha and with 90, 60 and 60 kg N/ha, resp
