Abstract

Grain sorghum hybrids developed by state experiment stations and private seed companies are tested annually in Iowa as a cooperative project of Iowa State University and the Iowa Crop Improvement Association. Eleven hybrids from commercial seed companies and 12 hybrids that have been released by state experiment stations were tested in 1970. Entries from private companies are tested on a fee basis to aid in defraying expenses of the testing program...
