Abstract

Differential responses in germination, survival and seedling growth were observed among the varieties Col2 and Co18 of Sorghum subglabrescens and Coll of S. durra treated with X or y rays and or one of four chemical mutagens. Col2 was the most sensitive and Coll the least. The muta-genic sensitivity depended not only on the genotype but also on the mutagen used.
