When the effectiveness of various treatments with 7 insecticides for the control of Atherigona soccata Rond. on sorghum was evaluated in field-plot tests in India in the kharif and rabi seasons of 1980-81, the results indicated that seed treatment with a soluble powder of carbofuran at 5% w/w was the most satisfactory
