Abstract

Increasing the N rates applied to 3 sorghum cv. from 0 to 120 kg/ha increased av. grain yields from 1.61 to 3.83 t/ha under (a) rain-fed conditions and from 1.53 to 4.98 t/ha (b) with irrigation in the kharif [monsoon] season, and from 0.68 to 1.34 t under (a) and from 0.97 to 4.89 t with (b) in the rabi [winter] season
