Abstract
The enrichment of gold occurs in humus-rich. A horizon of the soil profile and the samples for gold prospecting should be taken from this horizon. Hydrogen Cyanide-producing plants such as Sorghum saccharatum can preferentially absorb' gold from the soil, at times, even to the extent of depleting gold content of the sol1 in immedintc vicinity of the plant-roots...
