Abstract
Weeds in the cultivation of crops and has been one of the major causes of recurring losses in the farm fields. Usually the fields thrive on exactly the same conditions as the crop fulture. They therefor compete with the crops for water, light and valuable nutrients. Under irrigated conditions, the water itself carrier and deposits more weed seeds.
