Abstract

GRAIN sorghum grown in field lysimeters was flooded for three durations at the early reproductive growth stage. Reductions in yield of 2.5 percent, 12.9 percent, and 21.9 percent were obtained for the 7, 12, and 17 day flooding periods, respectively, as compared to a Control which was kept well-watered but was not flooded
