Abstract

We investigated the possibility of separating assimilating tissues of the mesophyll and vascular bundle parenchyma sheath, together with the possibility of obtaining corn and millet protoplasts with the domestically produced enzyme preparations xylonegrin and cellocandine. Clean separation of tissues is possible with both enzymes, whereas mesophyll protoplasts can be obtained only with cellocandine...
