Abstract
Total Cu ranged from 20 to 48 and from 14 to 84ppm in paddy-wheat and bajra-maize soils, respectively, the corresponding averages being 33 and 31ppm. The available Cu in most of the paddy soils was at an adequate level for high yields but most of the bajra-maize soils were deficient in available Cu
