Abstract
The annual rates of application were 332, 200, 208, 28 and 1120kg/ha of N, P, K, Mg and Ca respectively. pH in the 0 to 15 and 15 to 30cm horizons was lowered by the application of N ((NH4)2SO4) and increased by Ca (calcitic limestone). Truog-P was increased in both horizons by P application and decreased by N application. Exchangeable K was increased in both horizons by the application of K (KCl), but the increase was small compared to the amount of fertilizer added. K was decreased by N application especially in the 15 to 30cm horizon. No changes in total N were observed.[116:22
