Abstract

The mean mineral content (p.p.m. in D.M.) of 26 samples of sorghum grain (Sorghum vulgare Pers. cv. Alpha) was : potassium 3,392 ± 350, phosphorus 3,072 ± 491, magnesium 1,503 ± 104, chlorine 510 ± 85, zinc 25 ± 3, sodium 19 ± 4, manganese 15 ± 2, and copper 5 ± 1.
