Abstract
The yield of bajra crop can be increased with the adoption of improved agronomic practices such as suitable time of sowing, optimum seed rate and spacing, judicious manuring, crop rotation and improved methods of 8011 and moisture conservation. Recently it has been reported that even the direction of rows of field crops may effect the crop yield. At Allahdbd, Dungan er 01. (1955) found that maize crop sown in north-south lines produccd green fodder, unhusked ears per plant, unhuskcd ear, per acre and plant height significantly more than the crops sown in east-west lines...
