Abstract
Absorption of radiostrontium by leaves varied widely among different plant species. Absorption increased with increasing relative humidity and temperature of the air to which leaves were exposed for 24 hr after the applied radiostrontium solution became dry. Differences between species were related to differences in wettability of the leaves.
