Abstract

The poor rice diet (Poor Madrasi diet) of south India is markedly deficient in fat. It has been found that the addition of fat to this diet instead of augmenting growth in rats further inhibits it (1944) It was further found that the presence of technical casein converted the adverse fat effect in to positive effect.................
