Abstract

The 180 samples of grain were collected in the city of Mysore. Ochratoxin A was found in 6% of the samples of wheat, ragi, sorghum, maize and groundnuts. The content was 30 to 70 ng/g. One sample of groundnut had 2000 ng/g. Rice, coffee and pulses had no ochratoxin
