Abstract

There are indicators that in India the use of ammonium chloride as a fertilizer would be much more value than ammonium sulphate, mainly because of the nature of Indian Soils and the their low content of chlorides .There are large areas under paddy for which ammonium chloride would be preferable to ammonium sulphate specially in low lands..............................
