Abstract

Seed of two sorghum strains IS-5469 and IS 5490 moderately resistant to shoot fly (Atherigona soccata Rondani) and one strain E-302, moderately resistant to stem borer, Chilo partellus (Swinhoe) were treated with 20 Krad of gammarays with a view to develop strains with higher degree of resistance against these pests
