Abstract
The parents and F1 of a half-diallel cross involving 19 varieties were grown at two sites in 1972, and number of days to 50% flowering, height, yield of green fodder and dry matter yield per plant were measured. For all four characters the dominance component of variance was significant, while the additive component was only significant for the number of days to 50% flowering.
