Abstract

Tne work on forage sorghum remained neglected and little infornlation is available on agronomy of this crop. Dilferential responses to nitrogen have been obtained depending upon soil, climate and irrigatlon. The responses to 24-50 kg N/ha under dryland conditions, 60-90 kg N/ha under irrigated conditions and 150-190 kg N/ha Pantnagar and Jabalpur have been noted.
